Hi everyone! It’s me, Ken, again! I know you’re probably bored of me at this point, but since it’s been Christmas break, I’ve had a bit more time to write, and now that school is in full swing again, the other writers will be helping out a bit more.
So, since Jack left us… (#betrayal) he told us at the end of December and officially left at the beginning of January, so almost a month ago, we’ve been down to just 2 authors, Abby and I. Well, two authors really isn’t enough to keep a blog like this up and running, and making sure we post every week has been a lot. In our January newsletter we asked if anyone was willing to either be a guest writer for us occasionally or step into being a full time author with us.
texted me on the 13th of January to offer to help out. We got to talking and a week and a half later we offered her the chance to be a full-time author. Abby and I had gotten to know her and loved the way she interacted with us, she is a follower of God, and an amazing person. She took a little time to talk it over with her parents and to think about what all it requires and got back to us with a resounding yes!We are proud, therefore, to introduce to you
, our newest author! That is our biggest announcement of all, we don’t actually have that much changing yet. We have decided that we will, for now, keep things the way they are. With the new blog member and with school being in full flow, please forgive any inconsistencies in our schedule, we’ll do our best to keep you full of things to read.
Quick question for all of our readers! We are thinking about introducing a new section for poetry, as LeaRose writes a lot of poetry. If you think this would be fun, please respond in the comments or by messaging me (
). If you would prefer not to have this section be introduced, or have any worries, please respond by either commenting or messaging me.Also, as a quick little comment, we have decided to change the title of our monthly announcements to YA briefs!
Thank you so much and we hope to see you soon!
“May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.” Romans 15:13 (ESV)
A poetry section sounds amazing!!!! 😍
Ooooh, fun! Congratulations!
I’d be interested in a poetry section—I’ve been getting into poetry myself, and I always love hearing other people’s work <3
